Ordering Process

1. DEPOSIT

2. YOUR TABLE

Within 1 – 2 days, a customer service representative will contact you via email or a telephone call and you can begin discussing the many options and accessories you have available for your table.

3. PAYMENT

You are paying the remaining balance at this time (minus the deposit). If for any reason you are not ready to commit to manufacture, you may relinquish your place in the queue until you are ready to commit.

4. PRE-CRAFTING

After you pay the full balance, we cut the wood we ordered required for your table (all from sustainable sources) and the acclimatization process begins to avoid any issues with humidity (usually it takes 25-40 days depending on the season)

5. CRAFTING

Quality takes time, so just relax and imagine your wonderful table as it is being lovingly crafted by our master furniture makers. You will start to receive baby-step photos of your table during this phase (approximately 2-3 months prior to your table’s completion).

6. DELIVERY

The table will be shipped to you via DHL PREMIER completely built except for the legs (it literally takes 10 mins to assembly the table). You can call them and schedule the delivery whenever you like once it reaches your country.

7. GAME ON

The time has come, invite some friends over and pick your favorite game to try out your new Rathskellers table!

TAVERN

All of our tables are bespoke (made-to-order), which means that your table will be built exactly to your specifications. This means that we cannot just sell you a table right now. Your table has not been designed and built yet!

While you are considering purchasing a table, please look over all the options carefully and feel free to contact us with any questions. We want you to wait until all of your concerns are satisfied before starting our ordering process.

KING’S TRIBUTE

Once you have firmly, absolutely, 100% decided that you would like to purchase a table from us, you will put down a deposit. This assures your place in the queue and tells us that you are serious about your purchase. You will immediately be sent a receipt to verify your deposit. If you have any questions at this point, please keep your receipt with you.

LOOT

Within 1 – 2 days, a customer service representative will contact you and begin discussing the many options and accessories you have available. You might know exactly what you want, or you might have decided nothing except that you definitely want a table. The representative will be happy to discuss all of your choices and answer any questions you might have.

CARAVAN

Because we are building many tables in a long queue, your table will not be built immediately. During this time, you can still change your mind about any of the options you have selected. Just contact us and let us know what you want to add, change, or remove.

QUEST

When we are ready to begin work on your table, a representative will contact you once again to verify that you are happy with your selections. This is when you will finalize the details of your table. You will also pay the remaining balance at this time. If for any reason you are not ready to commit to manufacture, you may relinquish your place in the queue until you are ready to commit. This allows you to wait if you are still undecided about options or are not quite ready to pay the remaining balance. (Please note that your deposit cannot be refunded but its transferable.)

ADVENTURE

Then we start building! Quality takes time, so just relax and imagine your wonderful table as it is being lovingly crafted by our master furniture makers.

EXP REWARD

When your table is nearly complete, your representative will contact you once again to work out shipping details. The table will be shipped to you completely built except for the legs, which you will attach at the destination using our very simple directions.

Then invite some friends over and pick your favorite game to try out your new table!
